2021 Interpreter Request Form
In April 2021, 62% of Interpreter requests are sent via fax and the remainder are emailed to the Manager of Interpreter Services. All requests are printed. With 64% of Interpreter time dedicated to face-to-face appointments, confirmations (0%) are not manageable. By August 2021, a new electronic form was released to capture data and improve confirmations by 36%.

2020 Observer Program
In 2020, hospital policies were ever-changing due to the pandemic. As the first program coordinator for the Observer Program, gifted to Volunteer Services just prior to the pandemic, I was able to streamline the program, even under almost impossible conditions for hospital clinical observations.
Under the leadership of the Volunteer Services Director, I was able to creatively and compliantly develop a virtual observation program. The images included are examples of the complications and workaround communications developed for the program.

The volunteer handbook was designed with the assistance of Canva. Content generated was produced by the events manager and me. Volunteer brochures were also generated for communications collateral as part of the volunteer program strategy.

HEADLINERS: THE INFLUENCE OF MEDIA IN MUSEUM CRISES
This project interprets the past, present, and future accounts of art museum crises and their potential effect on the museum's brand. It is important to consider the communication conflict happening now and throughout history with regard to the media. This study was intended to find supportive evidence that the media influences the public perception of art museums throughout The United States.

2014 | GRADUATE MUSEUM PROJECT
Graduate Museum Project is a collaborative class project that engages the entire Museum Studies department to work with a local Philadelphia collection and build three different mock exhibitions. Inside the Periodic Table personalized the periodic table as visitors stepped into pods to experience sixteen of the elements. These photos document the branding, programs, and exhibition design retrofitted for a museum in Evansville, IN.
